With a background in fashion design, her transition to agriculture was fueled by her passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact in the agricultural sector. She oversees the overall management of the firm and leads the sales initiatives for both the agriculture and urban farming divisions. Madhuri's rich experience in sales and marketing, coupled with her strong business acumen inherited from her father, positions her as an effective leader committed to the vision and growth of the company.

Sanket serves as our Head of Plant & Operations. An accomplished CA finalist, he brings a wealth of knowledge in plant operations, manufacturing processes, and team management. With extensive experience in agriculture, fertilizers, and the manufacturing of agrochemicals, Sanket ensures that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. His expertise in the field is crucial for maintaining high standards in production and operational excellence.

Santosh leads the sales and operations for our Renewable Energy division. With over 20 years of experience in solar thermal and photovoltaic (PV) technologies, he has cultivated a deep passion for renewable energy. His extensive knowledge of solar thermal systems enables Santosh to effectively guide our sales strategies and operational activities in this rapidly evolving field. His leadership is vital as we strive to expand our footprint in the renewable energy market.
